Tailored Approach to Client Needs:
- Existing Drawings: Send us 2D/3D models, PDFs, STEP/Solidworks files, or physical samples. We’ll quote based on materials and machining time.
- Concept-to-Completion: Present your problem or concept. Our engineer designs a 3D model, considering material availability and fitting. We refine based on your feedback before quoting.
- Repeat Orders: Provide a part number or description for a fast and efficient quote based on our project database.
Confidentiality & Costing:
- We understand the importance of discretion. NDAs are available.
- Costs are based on machining time, setup, programming, materials, quantity, design time, surface treatments, and engraving.
Seamless File Integration:
- We accept STEP, IGES, or Parasolid 3D models for universal compatibility.
- Additionally, we request PDF models to capture details like threading, which some formats may not transfer.
Precision Manufacturing:
- Achieve exceptional results with our ability to manufacture parts with up to 10-micron precision.
Post-Machining:
- After machining, parts undergo deburring, cleaning, and QC inspection.
- We then package them for dispatch or send them for surface treatment as required.
